Terms of Offer. This website offers for sale certain products (the “Products”). By placing an order for Products through this website, you agree to the terms set forth in this Agreement.

Customer Solicitation: Unless you notify our third-party call center reps or direct Novus Shield LLC sales reps, while they are calling you, of your desire to opt out from further direct company communications and solicitations, you are agreeing to continue to receive further emails and call solicitations Novus Shield LLC and its designated in house or third party called team(s).

Opt Out Procedure: We provide 3 easy ways to opt out off from future solicitations.

Cancellation Policy

Minimum 24 hours’ notice of cancellation is required. Notification for instance, in person, via email, mobile phone text message and/or fax, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to charge a 30% restocking fee to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.

Refunds Policy

End the event that Novus Shield does not have stock on hand, Novus shield has the right to cancel the order, or any orders placed within 24 hours by notifying the customer via email, phone call or any other means of contact with the customer.  However, the customer has a full 30-day satisfaction guarantee refund.  The 30 days satisfaction guarantee refund will start from the date of the shipment.  Any monies that have been paid to Novus Shield will constitute payment in respect of the provisions of any services.  After 30 days from the date of the shipment, no refund shall be offered.
